The Role:
This is a diverse and exciting role that role supports the Customer Care Manager, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that purchasers receive a seamless experience from pre-settlement through to post-settlement and beyond. You will:
- Liaise with purchasers to manage settlement and handover processes.
- Support the tracking and resolution of post-settlement defects.
- Coordinate pre-settlement inspections and settlement documentation.
- Maintain CRM records (Salesforce) and support the team with reporting and workflow management.
- Process and follow up on Expressions of Interest and contract documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams (legal, development, finance) to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist with display suite support as needed, particularly during project launch periods.
Requirements for this position:- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising directly with clients.
- Experience using CRM systems – Salesforce experience highly regarded.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A team-focused approach and a willingness to support across departments.
