Job Description
Are you ready to kickstart or grow your career in property management? Our clients are looking for a motivated and reliable Property Manager to join their friendly and professional team. You’ll be managing a small portfolio of approximately 80 properties, with full support and on-the-job training provided – perfect for someone early in their career or returning to the industry.

Your role will include:- Building strong relationships with tenants and landlords
- Coordinating routine inspections, maintenance and lease renewals
- Managing enquiries, repairs and tenancy matters
- Dedicated Leasing Team – so no viewings; application processing etc.
- Dedicated New Business Team
- Dedicated Trust Accountant – so no Trust Accounting
- Dedicated administration support
- No routine inspections
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm (No weekend work)
Ideal Candidate:- A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset
