Job Description
As a Sales Associate, your role will consist of but not be limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
- Daily prospecting (cold calls, warm calls, door knocking and letter box dropping)
- Carrying out open homes and inspections with respect to training requirements
- Attending valuations, and buyer appointments with respect to training requirements
- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and Annual goal setting
- Meeting KPI’s to receive commissions and bonuses

The role involves working Saturday’s and is ideal for candidates with QLD Real Estate Certificates, or those who have completed their certificate training; however, we encourage anyone who is looking to get started in Real Estate to apply.
About you:
- Must have QLD real estate registration/license
- Positive mindset, target-driven, and well-organized nature
- Strong communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
- High attention to detail
- High level of self-discipline and motivation
- Ability to understand tasks and execute without supervision
- Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle
The role is offered with a base salary in alignment with the Real Estate Industry Award but also includes bonuses and commissions, which will see the successful applicant earn up to, or exceed, $100k in their first year.
