Job Description
The Client:
Our client are dynamic young principals who are searching for Sales Admin to support their offices of high performing real estate agents. The principals are hands on in a Premium Franchise Office spanning multiple offices. Train and work alongside some of Brisbane North's top agents.
The Role:
This person will play a pivotal role in the business, providing admin support to high performing Sales Agents. We are seeking an individual with exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail. This is a Monday to Friday role with the potential to elevate to a more senior role within the company.
- Uploading/maintaining property listings online
- Preparation of Form 6's, Contracts, Listing kits, Auction kits, open home and prospecting materials
- Contract administration and processing, observing critical dates and liaising with Solicitors, Buyers and Sellers
- Database management
- Booking Building & Pest Inspections and Photo Shoots
- Photo selection, ad text and uploading listings online
- CMA preparation and market research
- Use of RP Data, Realworks and Vault
- Liaising with Buyers and Sellers over the phone and email
- Accounts – invoicing through Xero accounting software
- Social media management
To be considered for this role you will require:- A Current QLD Certificate of Registration would be favourable but not critical
- A reliable vehicle and Driver's license
- Highly efficient, organised and with great attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
