Job Description
The Company:
This well-established property management company has grown exponentially in recent years, and is underpinned by their unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to their vast portfolio of clients in the short term accommodation sector. In line with the company’s expansion, they have engaged us to appoint a experienced Business Development Manager. The team is youthful, vibrant and professional, and they have established a fun and well-balanced company culture - we are looking for someone who is going to compliment and add value to the existing team.
The Role:
To identify and pursue opportunities to grow the company's portfolio and expand its customer base. The role is based on in South Brisbane with travel to the Gold Coast occasionally required.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key landlords, referral partners, groups and companies
- Total oversight of prospecting and lead generation, both inbound and outbound, for phone calls, print and mail, email and any other medium
- Maintain a CRM to ensure prospects are communicated with promptly and professionally.
- Ensure you are proactive and not reactive towards opportunities
- Oversight of Form 6 and management agreements; Ensuring they are completed correctly by yourself and the client, and, ensuring they are saved properly once completed
- Creating rental appraisals as requested
- Developing and implementing strategies to further enhance company growth
- Provide support to Director and Senior Management Team
- Create, implement and monitor operational systems and procedures
- Ensuring our processes are streamlined and efficient
The Candidate:- Strong level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact and work with a diverse team.
- Queensland Drivers Licence and own vehicle.
- Real estate certificate/license ideal or willing to obtain
- Time-management with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised; accept responsibility and act on directives
- Sound practical knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office software.
- Self-motivated, highly efficient, proactive and professional with a respect for confidentiality.
