The Role:
As the Marketing Manager QLD, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive project success. You will oversee both digital and offline marketing channels and provide ongoing reporting to stakeholders on the performance of campaigns and initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will also manage the marketing budget, liaise with agencies and suppliers, and ensure campaigns align with financial targets. Additionally, you will provide creative input during brainstorming sessions, stay on top of industry trends, and collaborate on events, public relations, and broader communications efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and report on project marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels.
- Manage and track the project marketing budget.
- Oversee brand, agency, and supplier relationships to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
- Collaborate with the Communications Manager to deliver engaging events, public relations activities, and communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to communicate plans, achievements, and updates.
- Contribute innovative ideas and creative input to marketing strategies and design concepts.
- Stay informed on marketing trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Key Requirements:- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role. Previous property development marketing experience required.
- Marketing or related degree preferable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other design/marketing tools a bonus (e.g. WordPress, Vtiger, Mailchimp, SKED).
- Commercial and financial skills.
- Customer insights and marketing strategy development.
