Job Description
The role:
Based in the central Gold Coast, you will take full control of the small residential portfolio, managing all facets of property management including entry/exit processes, arrears management, new and renewal of lease agreements, maintenance management, and any other duties to effectively manage the portfolio. You will not be responsible for the End of Month processing.
This role is perfect for a property manager looking for flexibility, autonomy and an enjoyable place to work. You will also have the opportunity to work in other areas of this project marketing business if desired.
