The Role
• Manage a portfolio of 150 residential properties
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handle maintenance, rent arrears and lease renewals
• Oversee routines, entry and exit reports
• No leasing, with field agent support to assist with inspections
• Manage day to day portfolio tasks and keep things running smoothly
• Work within an experienced team with support when you need it

The Candidate
• Ideally 2+ years of residential Property Management experience
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Organised, proactive and confident managing a portfolio
• Sound knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation and processes
• A team player who takes pride in their work and client relationships
• Current Queensland Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
