Job Description
The Client:
A highly respected North Brisbane Director with a strong local presence, proven sales results and a reputation for getting deals done.
This is a rare opportunity to sit alongside the Director and gain direct exposure to their clients, listings, negotiations and day to day sales strategy. You’ll be learning from someone who has built a successful sales career and is genuinely invested in developing the next person alongside them.
The Role
This is not your typical Sales Associate role.
You’ll work directly alongside the Director as a Sales Associate / Co Agent, becoming heavily involved in the sales process and taking on more responsibility as you develop.
You’ll learn firsthand how the Director runs their business, wins listings, manages vendors, works buyers and negotiates deals.
• Work directly with the Director across their sales business
• Assist with listings, appraisals and campaigns
• Attend open homes, appraisals and client appointments
• Manage buyers, database and follow ups
• Get involved in negotiations and deal management
• Build relationships with buyers and sellers
• Develop your own database and pipeline
• Learn how to win business and convert opportunities
• Take on increasing responsibility as a Co Agent
• Progress towards running your own listings and becoming a standalone agent
The Candidate:
You’re hungry, driven and serious about building a career in residential sales.
• Previous residential sales or Sales Associate experience
• Current Real Estate Registration or Licence
• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Driven, competitive and commercially minded
• Highly organised and proactive
• Comfortable working closely with a high performing Director
• Hungry to learn and take on more responsibility
• Wants a genuine pathway into becoming a standalone agent
