The Role If retail property is your space, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of a quality portfolio within a well-established commercial property team.
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager with a strong background managing retail assets. Experienced Centre Managers with 4+ years in the industry will also be considered.
You’ll manage a portfolio of retail properties and be responsible for:
- End-to-end commercial property management
- Landlord and tenant relationships
- Lease administration, renewals and rent reviews
- Arrears and outgoings management
- Maintenance and contractor coordination
- Property inspections and reporting
- Budgeting and financial performance
- Managing compliance across the portfolio
The Candidate- Previous experience managing a retail property portfolio OR 4+ years’ experience as a Centre Manager
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases and retail property
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Current Real Estate Certificate/Licence
