Job Description
The Role
You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 130 properties, with support from remote professionals to help keep the administration under control.
As the portfolio grows, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more leadership responsibility and become a key part of the future structure of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Landlord and tenant communication
- Routine inspections and maintenance coordination
- Portfolio reporting and compliance
- Supporting and mentoring team members as required
- Helping improve processes as the department grows
- Gradually stepping into greater Team Leader responsibilities

The Candidate - Minimum 2+ years residential property management experience
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end property management
- Confidence managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- An interest in stepping into leadership and mentoring others
- Reapit or Console Cloud experience highly regarded
