The Company:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded boutique property agency specialising in the sales and marketing of premium residential apartment developments across South East QLD. With continued growth across their development portfolio, they are now seeking a proactive and reliable professional to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to premium residential projects, learn the project sales process and take your first step into the development sales industry.
About the role:
This role will provide support to an experienced sales team across multiple high-end development display suites. You will ensure the efficient day to day running of the displays whilst providing 5-star customer service to all potential buyers. You will also manage incoming calls, oversee the bookings schedule, maintain the presentation of the display suites, liaise with the sales consultants and other administrative and customer service duties as required.
Experience Required:
No real estate experience is required for this role, however, to be considered for the role you must have:
- Real Estate Licence or QLD Certificate of Registration
- Extremely corporate and professional presentation
- A positive and optimistic personality
- Experience in a customer service based role (Buyer management, Salesforce or CRM Management is highly regarded)
- Drivers License
- Attention to detail
- Sound Microsoft Office skills
