Job Description
The Company:
Our client is an established and well-regarded residential builder with more than four decades of industry experience and a proven history of delivering homes across Queensland and Victoria. Recognised for building quality homes and thriving masterplanned communities, they continue to invest heavily in South East Queensland, with a strong pipeline of new estates and house & land projects scheduled for release throughout the coming months.
The Role:
Due to continued growth and a strong development pipeline, our client is seeking a Project Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple residential communities.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, sales team, external agencies and consultants, you will play a key role in coordinating end-to-end project marketing campaigns from pre-launch through to project completion. This is a hands-on role that will suit an organised and proactive marketing professional looking to further develop their career within the property development industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating end-to-end project marketing campaigns across multiple residential developments
- Managing and updating project websites, landing pages and EDM campaigns
- Assisting with marketing briefs, presentations, reporting and campaign analysis
- Coordinating marketing collateral including brochures, signage, display suite assets and promotional materials
- Supporting the development, setup and maintenance of sales displays and display villages
- Attending project launches, events, community activations and sales campaigns
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, media partners and external consultants
- Supporting digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, search and display channels
- Ensuring brand consistency across all project marketing communications and materials
Experience Required:- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
- 2+ years' experience in a marketing or project marketing role within the property development industry
- Strong understanding of project marketing principles and campaign coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with CRM platforms, EDM marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach
