Job Description
The Role:
This is a Property Manager position with a boutique development company, managing your own end-to-end portfolio of 120 properties.
You’ll be across the full lifecycle of the portfolio, including leasing, giving you the opportunity to properly step up and own your patch from start to finish.
- Manage a portfolio of 120 properties end-to-end
- Handle your own leasing, entries and exits
- Build relationships with landlords and tenants
- Take full ownership of your portfolio
- Company car provided during work hours
The Candidate:
This role is ideal for an Assistant Property Manager ready to take the next step into their own portfolio.
- 1–2 years experience as an Assistant PM
- Ready to step up and take ownership
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Organised, proactive and reliable
- Keen to learn and grow within a boutique environment
