The Role:We are seeking an Onsite Property Manager for a brand-new, premium townhouse development in Brisbane's western suburbs. This unique role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of brand new townhouses/terraces, delivering end-to-end services to residents and stakeholders in collaboration with the caretaking team and the broader business.
In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive Property Management and light Building Management responsibilities. No two days will be the same in this position, offering a dynamic work environment with one of Brisbane’s top tier developers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide full, end-to-end management of a portfolio of circa 150 brand new townhouses/terraces, ensuring a high standard of service for residents and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the onsite caretaking team to maintain seamless operations and property maintenance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Body Corporate Committee, residents, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Oversee and ensure the building is maintained to the highest standards, promptly addressing any maintenance issues.
- Supervise and support defect management during the initial occupancy period, working in close coordination with the caretaking team.
- Use of PropertyME software (No Trust Accounting)
The Candidate:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager looking to gain more exposure to end-to-end developments and onsite management. We require an experienced Property Manager, who is proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Candidate Requirements:- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, contractors, and body corporate.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Real Estate Certificate or License required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of Property Management experience.
