Job Description
The Role:
This is a Senior Property Manager position managing a clean portfolio of 170 properties within a premium, well-established agency.
It’s a relationship-focused role where you’ll have the time and space to do things properly, no routines, no leasing, just pure portfolio management and client care.
- Manage a stable portfolio of 170 properties
- Focus on landlord and tenant relationships
- Handle entries and exits only
- Work with PropertyMe & IRE
- KM reimbursement provided
The Candidate: You’re someone who genuinely enjoys the relationship side of property management and takes pride in delivering a premium service.
- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
- Well-presented and aligned with a premium brand
- Confident communicator who picks up the phone
- Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
- Cares about long-term relationships, not just task completion
