Job Description
The Role:
This is a hands-on Property Management Team Leader position working alongside a highly regarded Head of Operations, supporting the day-to-day running of a well-established rent roll.
You’ll be the right hand, taking ownership of key operational pieces while still staying connected to a small, manageable portfolio.

- Support the Head of Operations and take ownership of team processes
- Work across multiple offices
- Enjoy 1 day WFH each week
The Candidate: You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and naturally takes ownership. You bring energy, structure, and confidence when it comes to leading a team.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Team Leader capacity
- Strong understanding of compliance and PM processes
- High energy, proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable supporting and guiding a team day-to-day
- Happy to be visible across multiple offices
The Client: A well-established premium agency with a strong presence in the inner-city. You’ll be stepping into leading a structure team of 8 people.
