About the Company:
This Property Development company are renowned for their iconic luxury residential projects throughout inner Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Here is an opportunity to progress your career in the onsite Property Management space, with this particular role encompassing a diverse blend of both Property Management and Building Management.
The Position:
A full-time, Monday to Friday position has become available for a Senior Property Manager to be based at one of this Developer's most iconic buildings in West End. You will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of 150 apartments, accompanied by some light Building Management responsibilities. The role is diverse and interesting, and you will have the benefit of a great existing framework of streamlined policies and procedures to follow, ensuring a smooth handover and a positive experience from the get go.
- Monday - Friday only
- No driving involved - based onsite with parking provided
- Ailo and IRE software used
- $90K + Superannuation plus $5K annual Bonus

The ideal Candidate:- 2-3 Years experience in end-to-end portfolio Property Management and ideally Building Management
- Must have a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Polished presentation, excellent communications skills, the ability to multi-task with efficiency
