We are seeking an experienced Property Manager on a part time basis, to join a dynamic team of three, working onsite a beautiful residential building in South Brisbane.

The Position:
This is a part-time position based in one of Brisbane's most iconic residential buildings, with sweeping 180 degree views of the river. The role will encompass a variety of tasks, working within a team of three ensuring the smooth management of a portfolio of approximately 150 luxury apartments. Onsite parking is provided and there will be no driving around required. The building is located close to public transport for those wanting to save on fuel costs!
Experience Required- At least 2 years experience in residential portfolio Property Management
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Immaculate presentation and confident character
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with AILO, IRE & Inspection Express is a bonus!
