The Role
You’ll be stepping into a high-performing team led by a top-tier agent dominating Brisbane’s Southern Riverside suburbs.
This isn’t a “stand in the background” associate role. You’ll be hands-on, learning how a premium agent runs their day, their deals, and their client relationships.
- Support across listings, buyer management and campaigns
- Attend appraisals, open homes and client meetings
- Manage database, follow-ups and buyer nurture
- Learn how to structure deals and negotiate effectively
- Be mentored in building your own pipeline long-term
The Candidate You’ve done this before. You know the pace, the pressure, and what it takes to succeed in sales.
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate in residential real estate
- Hungry, driven and not afraid of hard work
- Strong communication and people skills
