Job Description

The Role:
As a Project Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales on a premium high-end apartment project in inner Brisbane. Working within a small, dedicated team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing buyer enquiry and nurturing all prospective leads
  • Proactively generating new enquiries through networking and relationship building
  • Engaging with local, interstate and international purchasers
  • Delivering the full sales process from enquiry through to contract and settlement
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed CRM records
  • Providing a high-touch, end-to-end customer experience
  • Managing and attending the onsite project sales suite
  • Supporting campaign launches, display openings and sales events
