The Role
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, this role will support the delivery of a portfolio of residential built-form projects. You will assist across the the full development lifecycle, supporting project outcomes in relation to program, budget, financial targets and design quality.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to planning, design coordination, consultant and contractor management, construction delivery, sales support and financial reporting, making it an ideal opportunity for an emerging development professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting day-to-day development delivery activities
  • Assisting with design coordination, consultant and contractor engagement
  • Supporting tender processes and contract administration
  • Assisting with the maintenance of project feasibilities and budgets
  • Providing support across project funding, finance and valuation processes
  • Coordinating with consultants, authorities and key stakeholders
  • Supporting project delivery outcomes across program, cost, quality and design
  • Assisting with monthly project reporting and general development administration
Requirements / Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in property, engineering, valuation or a related discipline
  • 1-2 years’ experience in residential development or a related field
  • Exposure to planning and development approval processes
  • Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail with sound commercial awareness
  • Motivated, proactive and eager to progress within development
