Job Description
The Company:
This privately owned residential developer has a strong history and established presence in the Brisbane development market. The business specialises in the delivery of high-end built-form projects in Brisbane and continues to grow its development pipeline.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager - Development, you will join a dynamic and high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple large scale residential apartment projects. This is a key role within the development team with direct exposure to senior leadership. You will manage projects across all stages of the development lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, consultant teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end development management of residential apartment projects
- Coordination and management of consultant teams across all project stages
- Oversee construction delivery to ensure projects are completed
on time, on budget, and to the required quality and design
standards. - Preparation and oversight of feasibilities, programmes, budgets and risk management
- Close collaboration with internal sales and marketing teams to support project success
- Ensuring all project KPIs, timelines and budgets are met
The Candidate: We are seeking a driven development professional with experience delivering residential built-form projects through the full development lifecycle.
You will ideally bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property Development, Construction Management or a related discipline
- 5–7 years’ experience in residential development
- Proven experience delivering built-form residential projects
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and stakeholder management capability
- A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
