Job Description

The Company:
Our client is a highly respected residential builder with a track record of delivering over 25,000 homes and reshaping communities across South East Queensland. Known for quality, value, and innovation, they are expanding rapidly with a strong pipeline of community projects set to launch in the coming months.

The Role:
An opportunity exists for a motivated and detail-focused Contracts Administrator to join their Brisbane-based team. This role will be responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle for both land and new home sales; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless customer experience from initial EOI through to settlement.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, this position provides exposure to multiple facets of residential development and a strong foundation for career progression into senior administration, contract management, or leadership roles as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of property sales contracts — from EOI to settlement.
  • Prepare, review, and track land and home build contracts, variations, and milestones.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, pricing schedules, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with developers, legal representatives, and buyers to ensure timely contract execution and settlement.
  • Provide internal teams and sales partners with up-to-date stock lists, reports, and project information.
  • Assist with documentation, compliance registers, and workflow coordination.
  • Support process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
About You:
You’ll be an organised, proactive, and professional administrator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You take pride in accuracy and communication, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key Attributes & Skills:
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
  • Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro (mandatory).
  • Ability to quickly learn CRM, workflow, and sales portal systems.
  • Professional, customer-focused presentation and approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 1–2 years’ experience in contracts administration, property administration, or real estate administration.
  • Experience with residential building, development, or project marketing (highly regarded).
  • Understanding of Queensland residential property contract processes (advantageous).
