About the Role Reporting to the Project Marketing Manager, this graduate-level position plays a key role in supporting the implementation marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of residential land and built form projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across EDM, social media, website, and paid media channels using marketing automation platforms and web content management systems.
- Assist with the creation, scheduling and testing of email nurture workflows based on lifecycle stages and customer personas.
- Design, build and manage project websites, including the creation of dynamic product maps and landing pages that reflect project inventory and availability
- Report on campaign performance using marketing dashboards; provide marketing insights and optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver marketing technology-enabled solutions that improve customer experience and lead nurturing.
- Support asset development and creative briefs for designers, copywriters, and digital agencies.
- Research and identify market segments for each project to inform targeted and effective marketing strategies.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have recently completed or be in the final stages of a marketing, communications or related degree, be motivated, detail-oriented and demonstrate a keen interest in marketing systems, digital marketing, and customer experience.
