Job Description

The Company
Our client is a property development business specialising in land lease communities. Backed by a leading institutional investment group, the business is well-funded, stable, and operates in an agile, fast-paced, and supportive environment.

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Development, the Contracts Administrator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects across Queensland and New South Wales. This is a relationship-focused, client-side position with with responsibility for managing contractual, financial, and administrative functions across all phases of the development lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction programs, site operations, and contractor activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and overall program efficiency across homes, civil works, and community facilities
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to facilitate smooth project handovers and resident events
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support procurement and tender processes, including contractor and supplier appointments
  • Collaborate closely with Development and Project Managers to support smooth delivery
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Candidate
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Experience in contract administration, procurement, or project support.
  • Strong foundation in contract management with eagerness to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Motivated, proactive, and seeking a long-term career in property development
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage resident-facing interactions confidently and professionally
