Job Description
The Role
This is a big one leading a high-performing property management division of 30 across Property Managers, Assistants, Leasing, and BDMs. You’ll drive culture, structure, and growth, mentoring a capable team while continuing to evolve systems and client experience.
You’ll work closely with the directors to develop processes, training frameworks, and scalable systems to support continued growth.
It’s the perfect move for someone who’s already a Head of Department and ready to step into a larger team with strong backing and solid business direction.
The Candidate
You’re an established leader in the property management space with a genuine passion for developing people and elevating standards. You’ve managed sizeable portfolios and department and have hands-on experience guiding teams through change and growth.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 3+ years as a Head of Department or equivalent senior PM leadership role
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a large team
- Strong knowledge of Ailo or similar PM platforms
- Strategic mindset with practical execution
- A balance of people leadership and operational discipline
