Job Description

The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, the role will focus on a key masterplanned community. You will be responsible for all day to day requirements to deliver the required outcomes for your project in relation to program, budget, financial targets and quality/design standards.
Requirements/Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in property or a related discipline.
- Strong and proven experience within residential land developments.
- Minimum 2-3 years development management experience.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience managing a project 'end to end' and delivering on project outcomes.
- Passion to succeed and progress your career.
