Job Description
The Role
Are you someone with a spark for real estate, organised admin skills and a willingness to learn the craft of supporting property buyers? We're looking for a Buyer’s Agent Associate who can partner with a top buyers agency to deliver exceptional service.
In this role you will:
- Assist senior buyer’s agents by coordinating client briefs, property searches, inspections, due-diligence checks and vendor/agent communications.
- Provide strong administrative support Be the key liaison between clients, sales agents and internal team members
- Help track market listings, compile comparative market analysis data and maintain property tracking systems.
- Support auction preparation, contract review processes, settlement tracking and post-purchase client care.
- Contribute to maintaining a polished client journey
The Candidate: - At least 6 months’ experience working as a sales associate or in administrative support within residential real-estate Strong customer-service mindset
- Excellent organisation skills Good communication skills
- Motivation to learn the buyers-agent side of property (searches, negotiations, due-diligence) and progress your career in property advisory or buyers-agency.
- Must have Real Estate Certificate or Licence
The Client:Join a boutique, high-performing property advisory team that specialises in representing buyers. Work closely with senior buyer's agents and gain hands-on experience in the full property-buying lifecycle.
