Job Description
The Client:
Join a family-run real estate franchise recognised for its dominant service-profile in the Inner East Brisbane market. You’ll become part of a team known for exceptional property management, outstanding client service and a genuine focus on training, support and career growth.
The Role:
- Support a Senior Property Manager with out of office tasks
- Assist with tenant and landlord communications, inspections, lease renewals, and maintenance coordination
- Ensure accurate and timely uploading of property, tenant and lease information into the system and maintain database integrity
- Work proactively to help ensure properties are managed to maximise owner satisfaction and investor returns
- Be part of a high-performing team with a strong service-focus and commitment to quality outcomes
The Candidate:- Must have 6+ months’ experience working in residential property management
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
- Are organised, reliable and excellent with communication (written & verbal)
- Can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, and keep systems accurate and up to date
- Are keen to support a team and grow your career in property management
