Job Description
The Role:
- Take full ownership of client briefs from strategy through to purchase
- Source, evaluate and negotiate both on and off-market properties
- Lead due diligence — inspections, valuations, risk assessment and contract review
- Be the trusted advisor for clients, from first home buyers to investors
- Build strong relationships with sales agents, vendors and networks to uncover opportunities
- Work autonomously but thrive in a high-performing, supportive team environment
The Candidate:
You’re a sales pro in the real estate world, you know how to build relationships, negotiate deals and close them. Now you’re ready to switch sides and represent the buyer.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales
- A strong understanding of property markets and negotiation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organisation, drive and attention to detail
- Motivation to transition from selling to buying
- A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate
