Job Description
The Role:
Located in the heart of the Gold Coast, you will be responsible for overseeing a small residential portfolio, managing all aspects of property management. This includes handling entry and exit processes, managing arrears, facilitating new and renewal lease agreements, coordinating maintenance, and carrying out any other tasks necessary for effective portfolio management. Note that you will not be tasked with End of Month processing.
This position is ideal for an experienced property manager seeking flexibility, independence, and a supportive work environment. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to explore other areas within this project marketing business if you wish.

To be successful you must:
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years residential Property Management experience.
- Hold a current QLD certificate of registration.
- You must have your full QLD Drivers License.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
