The Role
With multiple projects currently selling and several new launches on the horizon, the team is seeking an experienced and driven Project Sales Consultant to join their Sydney team.
Working within a collaborative environment, you will manage the sales process from enquiry through to settlement, supported by an in-house development, marketing and construction team, as well as dedicated conveyancers engaged for each project. This integrated structure ensures you have the tools, systems and support to focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving strong results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage buyer enquiries and proactively generate new leads.
- Nurture relationships with prospective purchasers throughout the sales journey.
- Conduct appointments, presentations and follow-ups with both local and interstate buyers.
- Manage detailed input into the CRM system and maintain accurate reporting.
- Deliver seamless sales processes from enquiry through to contract and settlement.
- Provide ongoing customer relationship management post-sale.
- Attend and manage onsite project sales suites as required.
- Work both Saturday and Sunday as part of a five-day working week.
About You
- Proven experience in off-the-plan or project apartment sales, with high-end experience highly regarded.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets within a competitive market.
- Professional, polished and client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working within structured systems and collaborative teams.
- Self-motivated, driven and passionate about residential property.
