Job Description
The Company:
This property company is a market leader in the residential projects sector in South East Queensland. With decades of experience, they are at the forefront of sales and marketing of prestige residential developments across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Performance Coordinator to join this busy and growing firm. You’ll take ownership of all CRM and database management activities, ensuring systems are accurate, secure, and operating efficiently. In addition, you will oversee and support the company’s property sales agents and provide regular reports and insights to management, helping drive business decisions. This is a varied and hands-on position, offering flexibility and up to 30 hours per week for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all company database operations and administration
- Manage and develop all CRM (HubSpot) reporting, data, and outputs
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Lead database improvements, integrations, and troubleshooting activities
- Support sales and business operations through data analysis and reporting
Skills & Experience:- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Residential Sales, Administration, Database Manager or Database Administrator roles
- Experience in real estate sales or supporting real estate sales teams strongly desired
- Experience overseeing and supporting sales agents
- Proven ability to generate reports and provide actionable insights to management
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and database configuration
- Ability to think proactively and manage multiple business requirements
