Job Description

Company and Culture:

With a customer-first approach and an expanding national pipeline, the business is continuing to experience significant growth across Queensland.

The Role:
This role will take ownership of sales and customer outcomes across Queensland’s Land Lease Communities and Re-sales division. This leadership position will see you:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales teams to achieve revenue and customer experience targets.
  • Oversee regional sales performance, reporting regularly on budgets, pipelines, and outcomes.
  • Strengthen builder and partner relationships, including managing display village outcomes.
  • Provide input into pricing, marketing strategies, and new sales centre set-ups.
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and effective use of CRM systems.
  • Represent the business at key industry, networking, and community events.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
  • Proven success in sales management within residential land, housing, or land lease communities.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong capability in leading and developing high-performance teams.
  • Well-developed knowledge of Queensland property markets and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Current Real Estate Licence (preferred), and Driver’s Licence.
