Job Description

The Company:
Our client is a highly respected residential builder with a track record of delivering over 25,000 homes and reshaping communities across South East Queensland. Known for quality, value, and innovation, they are expanding rapidly with a strong pipeline of community projects set to launch in the coming months.

The Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will build and lead the marketing department, taking ownership of the strategy and delivery of campaigns across multiple projects. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, building brand presence, and ensuring the successful launch and performance of upcoming communities.

With 4 projects launching in the next 3 months and 1,000 homes currently in the pipeline, this is a pivotal leadership role. You will also recruit and manage a small in-house team and oversee external agencies to deliver best-in-class creative, digital, and campaign outcomes.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience in the property industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end project launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic, commercially minded, and comfortable being both hands-on and building a team.
  • Strong digital marketing and CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Proficiency in marketing tools including WordPress, Adobe Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
