Job Description
The company:
A rare opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager has become available with one the most well-respected agencies on the Sunshine Coast. Offering a highly desirable work environment, this small, close-knit team are led by a hands-on, approachable Principal who has created an office culture where every staff member feels valued, supported and trusted.
The role:
Supporting a Senior Property Manager in the management of a tidy, well maintained portfolio of approximately 160 properties, this person will provide a high level of administrative support and Tenant liaison. We are seeking someone with at least 6-12 months experience in Property Management, a passion for helping people, and providing good customer service.
Daily asks inclusive of but not limited to:
- Receipting
- Maintenance work orders and follow up
- Invoicing
- Typing up Entry and Exit Reports, Leases, Form 6's and other relevant documentation
- General administration
- Tenant Communication via phone and email
- Property inspections
- Data entry and use of Property Me Software
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
