Job Description

The Company:

Our client is a national private developer with over $5 billion in current pipeline, delivering premium apartment projects across Australia. Renowned for their high-quality residential developments and offering a collaborative, high performing work environment, they provide an exciting opportunity to be part of the team delivering Brisbane's most anticipated waterfront developments.

The Role:
  
As the Marketing Executive, you will work across the full spectrum of marketing requirements, establishing end-to-end campaigns to launch, sell and settle premium apartment projects in Queensland. You'll also provide support for New South Wales projects and corporate marketing deliverables as required.
  
Working closely with the Project Marketing Manager,  the role involves maintaining project websites, assisting with marketing briefs and presentations, and coordinating marketing collateral. You will also assist in the development, delivery and set up of sales displays, coordinate renders, video and photography shoots, attend project launches and events while working collaboratively with internal and external agencies and consultants.
  
Experience/Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, design, communications and/or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a similar Marketing position within the residential property industry
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing campaigns and collateral
  • Strong computing skills including Outlook, Word and Excel along with knowledge of website and social media channels.
