Focussed on building strong relationships with clients and tenants, this role will involve end to end portfolio management of a high-quality commercial portfolio. You will be responsible for handling all lease events including rent reviews, renewals and arrears management while coordinating maintenance and contractor relationships. The position requires preparing and implementing budgets and outgoings reconciliations and working closely with leasing agents to minimise vacancies.
