The Role:
The Office Office Manager/Administrator will provide a high level of support with regards to daily business operations and administration. This position supports the entire QLD business in all facets of administration including Development, Marketing and Sales, and will provide assistance to the management team. This may include diary and travel management, meeting preparations, coordinating business functions and other ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements for this position:
- High level of administration experience.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of planning, coordination, and execution of business functions.
- Experience with diary and travel management.
- Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
