Our Client
A successful commercial real estate agency are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy administrator to support their Sales & Leasing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a busy, high-performing office.
What you’ll do:
- Manage property & client databases, listings, and transactions
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, reports & client communications
- Handle trust accounting, budgets, and financial reporting
- Support agents with workflow, systems, and client follow-up
What you’ll bring:- Strong admin or real estate support experience (trust accounting a plus)
- Tech confidence – G Suite, ActivePipe, Asana (or similar)
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail & deadline management
- Professional communication skills & ability to build strong relationships
