Job Description
The Company:
This highly respected private developer boasts a history of delivering premium projects across multiple market sectors including residential communities, apartments, retail, commercial and medium-density housing. With a prominent name across the east coast, they have a strong exisiting pipeline of high-end built form projects in SEQ.
The Role:
This role will work closely with the Development Director and be hands-on in the delivery of an existing multi-stage apartment project, whilst assisting in the acquisitions of future projects. This role will suit a Development Manager with experience in the full life-cycle of residential apartment projects.
Experience Required:
- Minimum five years of experience in residential and/or mixed use developments.
- Tertiary qualification in urban design, planning, engineering, property development, property economics, construction, or client-side project management or related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, initiative, high level of organisation skills.
- Experience in management of the full life-cycle of residential apartment projects, from acquisition to delivery.
- Be a self-starter who is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
