What You’ll Do:- Daily prospecting – building and nurturing your pipeline
- Running open homes and buyer appointments
- Assisting at appraisals, negotiations, and campaign preparation
- Goal setting, tracking, and hitting key performance metrics
- Supporting the lead agent across all sales activities
- Saturdays are a must in this high-performing environment
About You:- Experienced as a Sales Associate or strong real estate background of 1+ years
- Ambitious, disciplined, and hungry for success
- Strong communicator with professional presentation
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
