Job Description
The Client:
Our Client is an award winning real estate agency that has been family owner for generations. They are committed to delivering the best service to all of their clients future, past and present.
The Role:
Support a team of high performing agents across several suburbs of North Brisbane. In this role you are responsible for:
- Prepare form 6s, sales contracts & listing documentation through our CRM Vault & Nurture Cloud
- Manage sales trust & reconciliation
- Prepare new listings for launch
- Prepare expenditure invoices for agent pays
- Office supplies (groceries & kitchen supplies)
- Answering incoming sales calls
The Candidate:- A current driver’s licence
- Previous experience in real estate administration or conveyancing (minimum of 1 year desirable but not required)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of the Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and prepared to follow checklists
