Job Description

The Company
This award-winning private developer is renowned for delivering luxury apartments, particularly within the waterfront owner-occupier market. With a strong track record of excellence they continue to set the benchmark across the residential development sector.

With two projects currently selling and a new launch in June, they are now seeking an experienced and driven Project Sales Consultant to join their high-performing team on a 6-month contract.

The Role:
As a Project Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales across the 3 projects. Working within a small, dedicated team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage buyer enquiry and all prospective leads.
  • Proactively generate new lead enquiries.
  • Network with local, interstate and international buyers.
  • Deliver sales processes from enquiry through to contract and settlement.
  • Manage detailed input into the CRM system.
  • Provide dedicated ongoing customer relationship management.
  • Attend to, and manage the onsite project sales suite.
  • Other duties as required.  
  • Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday is essential. 
This role is ideal for a seasoned off-the-plan sales professional with a strong background in high-end apartment developments. Opportunities to represent premium, waterfront residences like these are rare.
