Our client is a successful agency within one of the most globally successful franchise brands in real estate. With a trusted reputation across Brisbane's sourthern suburbs, you will feel proud and supported working with this great team. We have a position for a Property Manager looking for a more manageable role, with a portfolio of only 60 properties OR someone with only 6 + months experience looking to step up and expand their portfolio experience, and grow with this company.
The Position:
This is an amazing opportunity for a residential Property Manager to step into a company that will give you diversity and growth. In this role you will manage a small portfolio of 60 properties within Brisbane's southern suburbs.
You will join a collaborative, strong team, and have the opportunity to grow your experience and salary as the portfolio grows.
Using PropertyMe software, you will be responsible for the end to end management of your portfolio. Monday to Friday only! Great team, room for progression and flexibility where required.
We will consider Property Managers with 6 months experience and beyond, however you must have a current Real Estate Certificate, Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
