Job Description

Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of your own portfolio of 125 properties
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to maintain property standards.
- Handle tenant enquiries, concerns and requests promptly & professionally.
- Manage new tenancies & vacating tenancies
- Lease renewals & negotiations
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, landlords & tradespeople
- Use of Console Cloud software
Qualifications:- Minimum 12 months experience as a Property Manager
- QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Strong relationship building and communication capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
