The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of their day-to-day schedule and business priorities. Your responsibilities will include:
- High-level diary and email management
- Personal assistant support across both business and personal tasks
- Coordinating meetings, events, and client functions
- Monitoring daily and weekly workflows to ensure efficiency
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports
- Acting as a liaison between internal teams – sales, marketing, and admin
- Providing general administrative support as required
Requirements for this position:- Proven experience in a PA or EA role (experience in property or real estate is highly regarded)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to plan ahead, multitask, and prioritise under pressure
- A motivated self-starter who can work independently
- Energetic, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished presentation
- A problem-solver who stays calm and composed when managing competing priorities
