The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, solutions-focused Maintenance Co-Ordinator who knows their way around property maintenance like a boss. You'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs like a dream across a portfolio of residential properties.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking charge of maintenance across a mixed rent roll – keep everything looking sharp and running smoothly
- Managing maintenance projects from the first call to the final fix
- Responding to tenant requests and owner queries like a maintenance ninja
- Coordinating with reliable tradies and contractors (They've got the good ones!)
- Keeping records tidy and up to date (because you're organised like that)
- Conducting property inspections and spotting what needs attention
- Managing tasks like a property pro
What We’re Looking For: Whether you're an ex-tradie ready to hang up the tools, a property manager with a thing for fixing things, or someone with a solid background in maintenance—we want to hear from you!
- Experience in building/facilities maintenance, construction, or property management
- Great communication skills – you’re a people person who gets stuff done
- Super organised and know how to juggle multiple tasks
- Detail-driven and solutions-focused
- Confident liaising with tenants, owners, and contractors
