The Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be a leader in the business and responsible for the development, implementation and management of marketing strategies for a varied portfolio of high-end residential apartment projects.
The primary objectives of this role will be to manage the strategic delivery of project marketing initiatives, and continually evaluate their effectiveness in order to achieve project enquiry and revenue targets. You will also consistently monitor digital platforms, manage marketing administrative support functions and liaise with external agencies to ensure the timely production of marketing deliverables across the portfolio.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in the property industry.
- Experience and qualifications in marketing, graphic design, communications and/or social media management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and ability to manage multiple projects / assignments across various projects.
- Highly proficient in computer software, Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Indesign, Wordpress, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
